Sunroofs and convertibles are complex and malfunction for a number of reasons. We cannot guarantee accurate diagnosis of sunroof issues over the phone. All sunroof repairs will require on-site inspection for a proper diagnosis. Sunroof inspection cost R300 and usually takes less than one hour. If we do repair your sunroof, the diagnostic charge is fully applied towards the repair cost.
Your sunroof can stop working for many other reasons including seized motors, broken track components, faulty switches and defective control modules. With a damaged sunroof assembly (ie: broken track components) we typically need to remove the entire assembly, in order to rebuild or replace it.
